FTP Instructions

Before linking to our FTP site please contact your sales representative or customer service representative to receive a user name and password.

You will be asked to enter the username and then the password. Enter these and then click “Log In” to enter site.

If you are posting using an FTP client (such as Fetch), use the following IP address – 155.212.212.20. Please make sure you compress or zip your files prior to uploading

If you access our FTP site using Internet Explorer Version 7*, the link is – ftp://155.212.212.20. Once at the site, using the “page tool” in Internet Explorer, click on the “Open FTP site in Windows Explorer” and when prompted enter the username and password. You will then be able to “drag & drop” your files onto the site. Please make sure you compress or zip your files prior to uploading.


Once uploading is complete, please e-mail your ARTCO sales representative or your customer service representative with the names of the files that have been posted.

* If you are having problems with your browser please call us or email sales@artco.biz for assistance. (Firefox is one browser which will require a patch to work.)

 

Notes on uploading files

Before uploading your project, please collect all images as (1) compressed file.

Be sure to include a PDF file of the final project for quality control verification.

Please call or send an email to let us know the names of the files you have uploaded to our FTP site so we can give your project immediate attention.
