FTP InstructionsBefore linking to our FTP site please contact your sales representative or customer service representative to receive a user name and password. TO UPLOAD:In the upload section of the page, click on the "Browse" button. Select the files on your computer you wish to upload. (Please upload all images as (1) compressed file and include a PDF of the project for quality control verification.) Click the "Upload" button once and the file will upload. Once you have uploaded your project, please call or send an email with the name of the compressed project file you have uploaded, so we can ensure that prepress gives it immediate attention.TO DOWNLOAD:Click on the download button on the upper left corner of the page. The files available for download will then be displayed. Right click on the desired file and you will then be given the option to save the file to your computer. |
